How to Delete Your Account
Introduction
We value your privacy and understand that there may come a time when you need to delete your account. This page provides instructions on how to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our platform.
Before You Delete Your Account
Please note that deleting your account is irreversible. All your data, including app purchases, progress, and personal information, will be permanently removed. Consider the following before proceeding:
- Ensure that you have canceled any active subscriptions.
- Backup any important data or files you may need in the future.
- If you are facing issues, consider reaching out to our support team for assistance.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your account on our platform.
- Go to MyBusiness menu in the app.
- And delete all business one by one.
- Navigate to the Settings .
- Find the option labeled Delete Account .
- Click on the Delete Account button.
- You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Please read the warning messages carefully.
- Confirm the deletion by entering your password .
- Click Confirm or Delete to finalize the process.
After Deleting Your Account
By uninstalling the app. All local data will be removed.
